This workshop defines and examines the role of equity in facilitating positive youth development outcomes, provides concrete tools and strategies to assess youth organizations’ commitment to equity across its organizational practices, culture, and structures, and offers a process for attendees to reflect on the ways in which equity is promoted in their practice.
